This full-time permanent Demand Planner sits in Operations at Olli Brands Inc., a GMP-track cannabis edibles manufacturer. You will translate Commercial forecasts into materials, capacity-tested plans, and production sequences. The work spans Commercial, Purchasing, Inventory Control, Production and Scheduling, and Warehouse and Shipping. It requires ownership of weekly and monthly planning cadences, planning data, and performance measures. The role reports to the Operations Manager and works on-site five days weekly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own weekly demand refresh, materials netting, capacity testing, and constraint publication
- Assign owners and dates to constraints, then chase open answers
- Lead Monday reviews and publish the committed production sequence
- Run daily attainment reviews with actionable reason codes for misses
- Maintain capacity models, planning horizons, data, and monthly measures
Requirements:
- Post-secondary supply chain, operations, engineering, or business education
- Five or more years in manufacturing demand or production planning
- Advanced Excel and working MRP/ERP planning knowledge
- Ability to explode bills of material and test finite capacity
- Availability on-site five days weekly and successful site screening
