Our Restaurant Managers report to the General Manager and are accountable for taking initiative, being people-focused, and results-oriented. They are responsible for leading their teams in a busy, fast-paced environment with a passion for service, a strong desire to win, and an ability to build relationships. What you will do in this role:
- Oversee the day-to-day management of the dining room as directed by the Franchise Owner and General Manager.
- Ensure the store is operating to all standards of a "Benchmark Restaurant", and creating a Perfect Guest Experience every time.
- Continue to develop and coach associates.
- Oversee and ensure the Perfect Guest Experience.
- Support and implement Standards and Controls.
- Demonstrate behaviours consistent with Recipe's principles.
What we are looking for:
- Previous Front of House Management experience.
- Possess the potential to effectively run the front of house and lead all shifts to meet Brand standards.
- Possess the "Hospitality Gene" by demonstrating the ability to create connections, a passion for People and service excellence.
- Driven and focused.
- Inspirational and motivational team player.
- Ability to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays in a busy fast-paced environment.
