Reporting to the General Manager, the Service Manager oversees dining room operations and leads teams toward Brand standards. This management role requires initiative, results orientation, relationship building, and the ability to run front of house operations. You will coach associates, support Standards and Controls, and demonstrate behaviours consistent with Recipe's principles. Health, safety, sanitation, and team member wellness remain top priorities in maintaining a clean restaurant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily dining room management as directed
- Ensure Benchmark Restaurant standards across store operations
- Create the Perfect Guest Experience every time
- Develop and coach associates
- Support and implement Standards and Controls
Requirements:
- Previous Front of House Management experience
- Potential to lead all shifts and meet Brand standards
- Ability to create connections and demonstrate service passion
- Driven, focused, inspirational, and motivational approach
- Availability for days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
