Lead enterprise architecture strategy onsite as OLG’s Principal Enterprise Architect Director, applying governance and technology roadmapping expertise. Shape decisions across business, application, data, and technology domains. This director-level position guides enterprise architecture evolution across OLG. You will develop target-state architectures, capability models, and roadmaps while aligning technology investments with corporate objectives. The work includes application portfolio optimization, modernization planning, governance, and executive advisory responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop enterprise architecture strategies, processes, and system capability plans
- Create technology roadmaps and secure stakeholder commitment
- Prepare business cases covering costs, benefits, impacts, and risks
- Set architecture policies, standards, practices, and compliance expectations
- Identify solution risks and design mitigation approaches
Requirements:
- Post-secondary degree or equivalent education, training, and experience
- Minimum fifteen years in progressively advancing Technology roles
- More than ten years of Enterprise Architecture experience
- Significant Application Portfolio Management experience in complex organizations
- Expertise in TOGAF, capability planning, governance, and technology strategy
- Bring executive communication, strategic planning, and architecture governance expertise to OLG’s enterprise modernization agenda onsite.
