Build scalable cloud infrastructure for Auth0 using Golang, Terraform, and Kubernetes on a fully distributed remote team. Shape systems securing over 100 million daily logins. As a Senior Platform Engineer within Auth0’s Platform Infrastructure team, you will enable engineers to deploy and manage services across AWS and Azure. You will architect distributed systems, improve performance and scaling, and establish secure platform practices. The work spans infrastructure, operations, observability, and cross-functional technical leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop scalable platform runtime infrastructure as code
- Architect resilient solutions for service discovery and routing
- Optimize platform performance, resiliency, scale, and cost
- Design SLIs and enforce platform SLOs using observability tools
- Lead initiatives, mentor engineers, and participate in on-call rotation
Requirements:
- Five to eight years of software development experience
- Deep expertise in Golang, Terraform, Kubernetes, AWS, and Azure
- Experience architecting distributed systems and balancing technical tradeoffs
- Operational experience leading incidents, RCAs, and preventative measures
- Comfort working on a fully distributed remote team
- Apply platform engineering expertise across Golang, Terraform, Kubernetes, and cloud infrastructure to advance Auth0’s secure global platform.
