Turn complex business data into executive insights as Enbridge’s Calgary-based Supervisor Business Performance and Strategy. Lead strategy, analytics, and organizational priorities. This regular, full-time supervisor provides strategic, operational, and people leadership across the Projects organization. You will lead a small professional team while developing strategic plans, roadmaps, KPIs, and implementation plans. The work connects performance data, workforce planning, organizational capability, and stakeholder priorities to informed leadership decisions. Key Responsibilities:
Advance and sustain the Projects organization’s strategic focus Deliver recommendations, objectives, roadmaps, KPIs, and implementation plans Guide a small team delivering analysis and strategic initiatives Analyze workforce, resource utilization, capacity, staffing, and performance data Partner with Projects, Human Resources, and stakeholders on plans Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, economics, human resources, or related field Seven-plus years of progressively responsible planning and analytics experience Ability to translate complex analysis into executive-level actions Strong communication, negotiation, coaching, and leadership skills Knowledge of project lifecycles, functions, resources, and capabilities Apply strategic planning, workforce analytics, and people leadership to strengthen Enbridge’s Projects organization from Calgary.
