  • Develop and maintain schedules that capture execution sequences, dependencies, constraints, resources, decision points, and team handoffs to support near-term execution, cost forecasting, resource planning, interface management, risk analysis, and program decisions.
  • Coordinate weekly schedule updates, interim assessments, and scenario development with project teams and functional stakeholders.
  • Maintain consistent project and program performance measures, reporting requirements, and analytical practices; explain schedule and performance variances, including causes, impacts, corrective actions, and required decisions; and use objective data to challenge duration assumptions and forecasts.
  • Coordinate with Project Managers, execution teams, Business Opportunity Managers, and enabling functions to ensure schedules are integrated across projects and programs.
  • Promote and continuously improve planning and scheduling methodologies, procedures, coding structures, templates, guidance, reporting, and quality assurance practices to strengthen integrated project and program delivery.
  • Advise program leadership on planning quality, execution feasibility, and portfolio performance, and build planning capability across Well Delivery through onboarding and sharing knowledge, tools, and lessons learned.

Who you are: Our ideal candidate will have the following minimum requirements:
