This Director-level role provides strategic and operational leadership across Fern Hill School. The Principal oversees curriculum alignment, teacher development, student support, and school operations. Strong communication, organizational, interpersonal, educational technology, conflict resolution, and public speaking skills are required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead rigorous, vertically aligned Pre-School through Grade 8 curriculum
- Observe classrooms, provide feedback, and conduct formal evaluations

- Oversee IEPs, ELL services, discipline, and after school activities
- Manage budgets, staffing, facilities, safety, and parent communication
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Education required; MEd or PQP preferred

- Additional Qualifications and Additional Basic Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years verified classroom teaching experience
- Proficiency in educational technology, conflict resolution, and public speaking
