- Lead the technical support for O'Dell's HVAC products
- Collaborate with contractors during installations and startups
- Provide guidance through phone and virtual support
- Work with Sales on product layout strategies
- Acquire technical knowledge from manufacturers
Requirements:
- Certification as 313A Refrigeration Mechanic & G1 Gas Technician
- 3-5 years of relevant HVAC service experience
- Valid G-class driver's license with good standing
- Familiarity with computers and Microsoft Office
- Capable of physical labor including lifting and climbing
