In this fully remote role, you will manage the affiliate program end-to-end, owning revenue targets and creator relations. The ideal candidate has 5-10 years in affiliate or partnerships marketing with direct revenue accountability. You will also need to understand growth metrics and have experience launching in new markets, particularly with TikTok.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own affiliate revenue targets and related economics
- Lead international program across three markets
- Build and manage creator lifecycle from customer to ambassador
- Develop a strong content pipeline as a core asset
- Coordinate offline events and activations for brand growth
Requirements:
- 5-10 years in affiliate or influencer marketing
- Proven success in building or revamping programs
- Fluency in growth metrics like CAC and LTV
- Experience with US market and TikTok Shop
- Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement
