Use Figma, accessibility standards, and user research to shape digital experiences for the Ontario Cannabis Store in Toronto.
The UX Designer leads user experience initiatives across Business-to-Business and Business-to-Consumer platforms. You will create wireframes, prototypes, mockups, and interactive designs while balancing user needs, business objectives, and system constraints. The position reports to the Manager, Digital Experience and supports consistent, accessible journeys.
Key Responsibilities:
- Produce designs aligned with OCS brand and UX standards
- Apply AODA and WCAG requirements to final design assets
- Translate stakeholder feedback into user-centered design solutions
- Track implementation to preserve design integrity and UX expectations
- Support design systems, component libraries, and Figma organization
Requirements:
- Experience creating wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and user journeys
- Strong UX, UI, visual, and interaction design knowledge
- Experience conducting research and usability testing
- Understanding of user behaviors, workflows, and responsive design
- Strong communication and presentation skills
