Coordinate SaaS product launches at OceanMD in Toronto, using project management and client engagement skills. This is a full-time hybrid role with two to three office days weekly.
As Product Launch Specialist, you will coordinate early access programs and new feature launches across OceanMD and Ocean Labs. You will manage timelines, deliverables, and collaboration across Product, Marketing, Business Development, and client-facing teams. Your work will support onboarding, feedback, and adoption.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, milestones, timelines, and deliverables
- Coordinate cross-functional activities and communicate project updates
- Onboard clients and organize demonstrations, check-ins, and feedback sessions
- Share client insights with Product and Ocean Labs teams
- Prepare communications, training materials, and support resources
Requirements:
- Experience coordinating B2B SaaS projects or product launches
- Experience using project management tools such as Jira
- Clear communication with technical and non-technical teams
- Ability to interpret feedback and recommend practical improvements
- Interest in emerging technologies, including AI
