Strategic communications and executive storytelling define this full-time hybrid role at OceanMD, requiring two to three days weekly in Toronto. Translate complex healthcare ideas into compelling narratives. Reporting to the Senior Director of Business Operations, you will work alongside the Chief Operating Officer and senior leaders. Your work will shape OceanMD’s vision, strategic priorities, and impact across healthcare. You will create executive communications, thought leadership, white papers, presentations, and digital content for physicians, partners, and industry audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate vision and priorities into clear strategic messages
- Create white papers, briefings, speeches, articles, and LinkedIn posts
- Develop presentations and visual narratives for complex information
- Interview experts and uncover audience-relevant messages
- Establish editorial guidelines and maintain consistent communications
Requirements:
- Background in strategic, executive, agency, journalism, or writing communications
- Exceptional writing and storytelling skills for complex subjects
- Presentation skills using PowerPoint, Google Slides, or similar tools
- Strong research, analytical, editorial, and strategic judgment
- Healthcare industry knowledge and comfort with senior stakeholders
