This Business Development Manager role develops wholesale accounts and increases product placement, distribution, and market share. You will visit customers, conduct business reviews, present launches, and identify opportunities with plumbers, contractors, showrooms, and designers. Alberta residency is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular customer visits and business reviews
- Present Bélanger products and new product launches
- Increase product placement, distribution, and market share
- Attend trade shows, customer events, and industry functions
- Maintain forecasts, customer information, and activity records
Requirements:
- Strong sales and independent business development abilities
- Existing plumbing wholesaler and distributor relationships strongly preferred
- Minimum three years of relevant sales or account experience
- Experience with plumbing or related building products an asset
- Willingness to travel up to 50%, including overnight trips
