Key Responsibilities:
- Enter preoperative and postoperative patient information
- Schedule urgent procedure appointments for outpatient procedure suites
- Receive visitors, patients, and hospital personnel
- Answer and direct telephone calls appropriately
- Monitor scheduling policies and provide block utilization data
Requirements:
- Previous Unit Secretary or medical clerical experience
- Post-secondary education and medical terminology knowledge
- Proficient computer and typing skills
