Coordinate regional marketing for O'Dell HVAC Group from Calgary, initially remotely, with expertise in events and B2B communications. Support Alberta and British Columbia growth.
Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this coordinator strengthens brand presence across Western Canada. The work combines event planning, manufacturer collaboration, regional campaigns, sales support, and customer communications. You will manage projects, relationships, timelines, and budgets while aligning activities with national brand standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute regional events, trade shows, and training sessions
- Manage venues, registration, catering, vendors, budgets, and follow-up
- Coordinate joint campaigns with manufacturer marketing teams
- Create email, social media, and promotional communications
- Support sales teams with collateral and lead generation initiatives
Requirements:
- Post-secondary education in marketing, communications, business, or related studies
- Three to five years of marketing or event management experience
- Experience independently executing events, trade shows, or campaigns
- Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills
- Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel Western Canada
