As Subsegment Lead, Patient Care Solutions, you will define growth priorities across connected patient-care applications. Your work spans market segmentation, customer requirements, competitive positioning, and solution roadmaps. You will align Product Lines, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and strategic customers around sustainable revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own global Patient Care Solutions subsegment strategy and growth planning
- Prioritize monitoring, diagnostics, wearables, infusion, and remote-care opportunities
- Translate healthcare needs into MRDs, roadmaps, and investment priorities
- Lead forecasts, pipeline reviews, design-win tracking, and gap closure
- Represent NXP with customers and healthcare ecosystem forums
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a related technical field
- 15+ years in semiconductors, embedded systems, or healthcare technology
- Experience defining strategy and translating requirements into roadmaps
- Understanding of processing, connectivity, edge AI, sensing, security, and software
- International travel ability and fluent English communication skills
