Own incidents, requests, queue health, SLAs, backlog, and service quality Resolve Tier 3 identity, messaging, compute, and endpoint escalations Lead major incidents and drive permanent root cause fixes Manage compliance, vulnerability remediation, patching, hardening, and audit evidence Build automation and maintain diagnostic runbooks and knowledge resources Requirements:
8+ years enterprise support, infrastructure, or end user services experience 5+ years in senior, lead, or escalation-tier multi-site roles Hands-on Active Directory, Entra ID, Exchange, Windows, Linux, and virtualization Endpoint management, Microsoft 365, security remediation, databases, and networking fundamentals Python, PowerShell, or Bash scripting and ServiceNow experience Bring technical leadership, executive incident communication, automation, and reliability expertise to NVIDIA's Toronto site.
