- Prepare and review donor financial reports for assigned grants, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with donor terms and conditions
- Support submission of forecasts, budget realignments, and close-out financial reports in collaboration with relevant program and regional teams
- Conduct periodic desk-based compliance reviews of project expenditures and contracts to ensure compliance with donor and NI policies
- Support donor audit preparation by compiling supporting documentation and coordinating with HQ, regional, and country finance teams
- Review and consolidate partner budgets and financial reports, ensuring compliance with donor requirements and internal controls
- Support process improvements to enhance accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency in grant financial management
- Contribute to documentation and continuous improvement of financial and compliance workflows, tools, and templates
- Direct supervision of Grant Finance and Compliance Senior Officers and Grant Finance and Compliance Officers
