We’re guided by our culture of care and our core values: We put safety first. We act with integrity. We are stronger together. We deliver with excellence.

The Director, IT Site Support leads the enterprise site support operating model and is accountable for the quality, reliability and business value of the technology experience across production sites, agriculture retail locations, corporate offices and other supported facilities. The role combines strong service ownership with deep knowledge of local operations, ensuring that site technology remains dependable, supportable and responsive to business needs. Success depends on trusted relationships with site leaders and close collaboration across infrastructure, end-user computing, cybersecurity, applications, service management and business relationship teams.

What You'll Do

  • Set and evolve the Enterprise Site Support Strategy for global Site IT and Nutri-Site, including service scope, operating model, standards, governance, vendor partnerships, and roadmaps.
  • Own Technology Reliability and Lifecycle Management for in-scope site technology and plan multi-year sustainment and refresh activities, including endpoints, local infrastructure, network-related site work, printing, meeting spaces, and other services on which site operations depend.
  • Provide Service Ownership and Incident Leadership by ensuring clear ownership of site-impacting issues, effective escalation, business communications, major incident participation, continuity support, and follow-through to resolution.
  • Lead Site Delivery and Change Coordination by coordinating enterprise projects at sites so local readiness, safety, operational constraints, dependencies, implementation risk, and transition to support are actively managed.
  • Drive Business Partnership and Customer Experience by building trust through visible ownership, responsive service, and disciplined follow-through.
  • Manage Vendor and Field-Service Partnerships by establishing outcome-based partnerships for deskside support, dispatch, truck rolls, hardware logistics, and managed services while maintaining clear accountability and service expectations.
  • Provide People Leadership by building an inclusive, high-performing leadership community; clarifying roles, developing talent, strengthening succession, reinforcing accountability, and enabling teams to work effectively across regions and functions.
  • Ensure Financial Stewardship through ownership of operating and capital planning, forecast discipline, approvals, vendor spend, workforce mix, and cost transparency.
  • Oversee Risk, Controls, and Documentation Management by ensuring services follow change, incident, audit, regulatory, cybersecurity, and risk-management expectations.
  • Deliver Executive and Event Support by maintaining the VIP support model and ensuring critical enterprise events, leadership meetings, broadcasts, and site activities receive appropriate technology planning and support.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in technology, information systems, business or a related discipline preferred; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
  • 15+ years of progressive IT experience, including at least 5 years directly leading IT professionals.
  • Demonstrated leadership of geographically dispersed site support, deskside support or technology operations in complex environments.
  • Experience with service delivery, lifecycle planning, ITSM, major incidents, vendors or managed service providers, and capital and operating budgets.
  • Working knowledge of end-user technology, local infrastructure, networking, collaboration, printing, physical-security technology and the boundaries between IT and OT.
  • Practical experience engaging audit, risk, compliance, cybersecurity and change-management functions.
  • Strong financial, communication, negotiation, organizational and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Ability to travel to corporate, retail and industrial locations, including environments with site-specific safety requirements.
