Lead enterprise data governance at Nutrien, strengthening data ownership, quality, and controls globally. Shape standards supporting analytics, AI, and digital products. Reporting to the Senior Director, Data Office, this director-level role builds and leads Nutrien’s global data governance program. You will partner with business, technology, risk, Legal, and Compliance functions across a matrixed organization. The work covers master data, critical data elements, regulatory requirements, and adoption across domains.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement the global data governance framework
- Define master and reference data standards
- Establish ownership and accountability across data domains
- Facilitate governance councils and working groups
- Lead master data maintenance teams and adoption initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 15+ years in data governance or enterprise data roles
- 5+ years managing teams with executive-level influence
- Experience launching governance programs from the ground up
- Knowledge of DAMA-DMBOK and SAP master data
- Bring executive influence, data governance expertise, and people leadership to strengthen trusted enterprise data across Nutrien globally.
