Safeguard infant nutrition quality and food safety as Quality Assurance Manager, leading compliance, HACCP, GMP, and product integrity at the Gelderland site. This Quality Assurance Manager leads a QA team and works closely with Production, Engineering, QC, Planning, and global QA partners. You protect consumer trust through risk-based decisions, audit readiness, and strong quality systems. The position oversees product release, deviations, complaints, traceability, and in-process controls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safeguard food safety, regulatory compliance, and product integrity
- Lead QA operations and maintain daily shopfloor presence
- Oversee material and finished-product release decisions
- Drive deviation investigations, root-cause analysis, and CAPA follow-up
- Prepare quality reports and manage QA budgets
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Food Science, Technology, Microbiology, or similar
- Five-plus years’ Quality Assurance experience in food manufacturing
- Two to three years’ QA leadership experience
- Experience with internal and external audits
- Strong deviation investigation and root-cause problem-solving skills
