Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and stabilize Record to Report operations
- Coach General Ledger Supervisors and their teams
- Ensure timely month-end and year-end closings
- Maintain balance sheet integrity and account reconciliation
- Champion automation initiatives for reporting accuracy
Requirements:
- CPA designation and a degree in Accounting or Finance
- 5 to 7 years of relevant experience
- Strong IFRS knowledge and analytical skills
