At Nurse Next Door, Health Care Aides deliver client-focused support through meal preparation, personal care, companionship, and errands. You will follow care plans, document accurately, and use equipment safely. This opportunity includes weekday and weekend visits between 7am and 8pm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with activities of daily living
- Execute care plans from the Care Designer
- Prepare meals, complete errands, and provide companionship
- Review notes and complete accurate documentation
- Service Sunshine Coast clients during scheduled visits
Requirements:
- Two years of previous caregiving experience
- Proof of BC Health Care Certification
- Current TB Screen and Criminal Record Check
- Valid driver's license and legal BC work authorization
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
