The Concrete Reinforcing Technician Supervisor provides oversight for groups of CRTs and coordinates their assigned work. This position reviews drafting output, tracks employee progress, and helps resolve difficulties. It also recommends cost-effective techniques and participates in developing actions that improve efficiency across the drafting process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review CRT work and identify corrective actions
- Track employee progress on assigned drafting work
- Ensure job standards are followed consistently
- Recommend integrated, cost-effective drafting solutions
- Perform additional duties requested by the supervisor
Requirements:
- Accredited CAD design or drafting certificate, or equivalent
- General supervisory skills or completed supervisory training
- Three to five years of Senior CRT experience
- Ability to manage time and prioritize responsibilities
- Critical thinking and creative motivation skills preferred
