Reporting to the Controller, the Financial Analyst supports accounting, payroll, financial activities, software applications, and organizational projects.
The position coordinates accurate, current financial information, records, administrative functions, and daily requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial packages
- Reconcile spending and report expenditures against budget allocations
- Process payroll through ADP and audit processing reports
- Prepare journal entries, remittances, tax forms, and T4s
- Maintain payroll records and address escalated pay inquiries
Requirements
- Enrollment in accounting, business administration, commerce, or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
- Experience with Quick Books, ADP, or Share Point is an asset
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to meet timelines and work under pressure
