This Senior Techno-Functional Consultant combines Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Field Service expertise with Power Platform capabilities. You will translate stakeholder needs into scalable configurations, customizations, integrations, and documented solution designs. The work spans business analysis, development, troubleshooting, and production support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead requirements workshops, stakeholder interviews, and process analysis sessions
- Translate requirements into user stories, specifications, and solution designs

- Develop and review plugins, custom APIs, and client customizations
- Support testing, deployments, troubleshooting, and operational transition
Requirements:
