Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion & EBS Project Manager to lead complex, enterprise-scale Oracle ERP transformation programs from initiation through go-live and hypercare. The ideal candidate brings a strong track record delivering Oracle Fusion Cloud and Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS R12) programs, including implementations, upgrades, global rollouts, and EBS-to-Fusion Cloud transformation and migration initiatives. This is a highly visible, client-facing leadership role requiring strong project governance, executive communication, financial and resource management, and the ability to coordinate large cross-functional teams across business, functional, technical, integration, and data workstreams.

Required Qualifications
- 12–15+ years of IT/ERP delivery experience, including at least 6+ years managing Oracle ERP projects.
- Demonstrated experience leading Oracle Fusion Cloud and/or Oracle EBS R12 implementations and transformation programs.
- Proven delivery of at least four full-lifecycle Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations.
- Hands-on project management experience with Oracle EBS R12 environments.
- Strong understanding of Oracle Financials, SCM, and Procurement business processes and their integration across an enterprise Oracle environment.
- Exceptional client-facing, executive communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification.
- Agile/Scrum certification or experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

Pay Transparency
Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $109,112 - $175,300.
