Deliver the FPSO Operations Readiness Execution Plan Lead in-country readiness teams across disciplines Align project, commissioning, and operations design inputs Manage pre-operations CAPEX and budget submissions Support handover, RFSA, and technical assurance activities Requirements:
Master's or bachelor's degree in relevant engineering Relevant experience may replace educational requirements Experience in oil and gas operational management Excellent communication and negotiation skills Strong analytical skills for readiness activities Bring FPSO readiness leadership, operational management, and analytical expertise to BW Offshore's St. John's team.
