NSB Omega is seeking an experienced People and Culture Lead for its client. Reporting to the Senior Operations People and Culture Manager, you will lead the local team, partner with managers, and translate business objectives into people solutions. The work spans employee relations, workforce planning, recruitment, compliance, and policy alignment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop the local People and Culture team
- Partner with leaders on inclusion and employee feedback actions
- Manage investigations, discipline, performance, and terminations fairly
- Support offshore workforce planning, rotations, and crewing
- Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, talent development, and succession planning
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration preferred
- Professional HR qualification preferred, including CIPD or CPHR
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills
- Strategic business understanding and solutions-focused judgment
- Excellent communication across cultures, functions, and geographies
