This SCM Operations Category Management Advisor manages assigned portfolios and work scopes throughout contract lifecycles. The position supports Cenovus Operations Category Management across Upstream and Downstream operations. Key work includes category strategies, RFx execution, contract administration, supplier analysis, and post-award performance. Key Responsibilities:
Manage assigned categories throughout the complete contract lifecycle Develop and execute RFx sourcing initiatives Evaluate bids, negotiate, and support contract awards Maintain contract documentation in approved systems Support supplier performance evaluation and reporting Requirements:
Minimum five years procurement or contract management experience Minimum two years category management experience Undergraduate technical or business degree, or equivalent experience Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency, especially Word and Excel Strong sourcing, contracting, financial, and business understanding Apply category management, sourcing, analytics, and contract administration expertise to support Cenovus operations from Calgary.
