Support desktop systems and network connectivity as an IT Specialist at Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge in the Canadian Rockies. Deliver friendly technical assistance to property colleagues and end-users.
Reporting to the IT Manager, this IT Specialist supports stable property-based technology services. The work includes hardware, software, devices, peripherals, support tickets, and onboarding. You will collaborate with the IT Regional Team and broader Technology Services Team while following Accor IT standards, security, compliance, and safety policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely technical support to property colleagues and end-users
- Troubleshoot desktop hardware, software, and network connectivity issues
- Install and maintain computers, printers, mobile devices, and peripherals
- Track support tickets and follow up through resolution
- Monitor antivirus, backups, and basic network connectivity alerts
Requirements:
- IT or related university, college, diploma, or technical certification
- One to two years of hands-on IT support experience
- CompTIA A+, Google IT Support, or Microsoft Fundamentals preferred
- Strong verbal, written, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Legal eligibility to work in Canada required
