Reporting to the Access and Flow Manager, this leader oversees Nursing Administration and patient flow operations. The position requires acute care experience, nursing management, and clinical utilization knowledge. It supports strategic, analytical decisions across hospital services and bed utilization activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate safe, efficient patient care services within the facility
- Ensure staffing levels meet patient census requirements
- Supervise nursing staff across operational activities
- Coordinate hospital and bed utilization activities during administration absence
- Collaborate with patients, families, physicians, and service providers
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred
- Three years medical or surgical acute care experience
- Two years nursing management experience
- One year clinical utilization experience
- Proficiency using Patient Flow Dashboard, Tableau, and Meditech
