Support healthcare supply logistics as a part-time Stores Clerk at Victoria County Memorial Hospital in Eastern Zone, using inventory and warehouse skills.
Reporting to the Supply Chain Logistics Manager, this temporary long-assignment position supports health care services throughout Western Nova Scotia. You will manage supplies, process orders, receive shipments, and deliver materials to Nova Scotia Health locations. SAP, inventory control, and Microsoft Office knowledge are relevant to the work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage supply closets and enter and pick orders
- Pack, label, shrink wrap, and stage shipments
- Receive and put away incoming inventory
- Deliver supplies to Western Zone facilities
- Operate warehouse equipment and employer supply vehicles
Requirements:
- Grade 12 or equivalent qualification
- One year material management experience or training
- Valid Class 5 licence and clean driving abstract
- Computer software proficiency, including Microsoft Office
- Ability to lift, move, bend, kneel, and stand
