The Director supports Integrated Acute & Episodic Care Network priorities through service standardization, clinical process development, and implementation leadership. Lead planning, development, and standardization of clinical service processes Direct provincial implementation of clinical programs and initiatives Oversee policy, standards, and service design strategies Manage budgets, network operations, and transformation initiatives Produce reports, briefing materials, plans, and recommendations Requirements:
Master’s degree in health, business administration, or related discipline Seven to ten years of progressive leadership experience Expertise in strategic, operational, and financial planning Advanced communication, presentation, coaching, and partnership skills Ability to analyze data and monitor performance indicators Bring healthcare leadership, policy planning, and performance expertise to Nova Scotia Health’s provincial service initiatives in Halifax.
