Reporting to the Senior Manager, Institutional Research and Effectiveness, you will support NSCC's Business Analytics Team. The continuing full-time position serves Academic Operations and Planning, Institutional Research, Finance, and HR. You will gather requirements, create prototypes, and help deliver reporting solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop Power BI reports, dashboards, and prototypes
- Analyze business requirements and evaluate reporting options
- Assist with data warehouse model and technical specifications
- Support testing, user training, and report security
- Provide production support for reports and dashboards
Requirements:
- Relevant university degree or college diploma
- Experience developing analytics solutions with Microsoft Power BI
- Understanding of IT system development methodologies
- Business analysis experience gathering reporting requirements
- Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills
