As Marine Account Manager, you serve as the first contact between customers and the Toromont CAT Marine Power team. You evaluate opportunities, prepare quotes, and coordinate internal resources for execution. The work includes marine product inquiries, technical submissions, tenders, market feedback, and account planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer relationships as a trusted advisor
- Evaluate territory opportunities and develop annual business plans
- Prepare quotes, technical submissions, and tender responses
- Provide second line technical support with Project Managers and Engineers
- Maintain Saleslink, quote logs, call reports, and related records
Requirements:
- College degree or equivalent industry experience
- Five years of sales or marine marketplace experience
- Knowledge of the Marine Power industry preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications, CSQ, DBS, and SIS
- Valid passport and driver's license with clean abstract
