We have an entrepreneurial culture where we strive for excellence in providing client service, which is why many of our Corporate lawyers become trusted advisors and strategic sounding boards to C-level executives across the region.

We represent clients at all stages of development from innovative start-ups and early-stage growth companies to large established businesses, operating provincially, nationally and internationally. Our Corporate Commercial team advises clients on a broad range of commercial and corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and lending transactions, corporate governance and general commercial contracting.
