Your Role
Here’s what you will be doing:
- Rotate through departments to gain leadership perspective across the business.
- Engage in outside sales activities to promote products and build customer relationships.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Analyze sales data to assist in informed business decision-making.
- Collaborate with key leaders on projects related to sales management and operational efficiency.
- Participate in professional development through Executive Leadership Seminars and Divisional Summits.
About You
The company is looking for candidates who meet the following requirements:
- Must have, or will obtain, a Bachelor’s degree within six months.
- Possess a valid, full, unrestricted driver's license meeting provincial requirements for driving regulated vehicles over 10,000 lbs.
- Preferred experience includes co-op or internship roles in Customer Service, Sales, Production, or Administration.
- Preferred academic background in business or related fields.
- Leadership or management experience in campus or extracurricular activities is an asset.
- Willingness to relocate regionally during or after the program.
Compensation & Benefits
- Estimated base salary of $61,000 per year, with compensation dependent on skills, experience, and organizational needs.
