Key Responsibilities:
- Lead development of all Health & Safety programs
- Conduct site inspections and field assessments
- Coordinate comprehensive training for new and existing employees
- Support audit processes and compliance checks
- Manage documentation for health and safety committees
Requirements:
- Minimum two years of experience in health and safety
- Completed post-secondary education in relevant disciplines
- Joint Health & Safety Committee certification needed
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational and communication skills
