In this role, you will report to the Clinical Manager Allied Health, providing comprehensive dietetic services for inpatients and outpatients. Key Responsibilities:
- Assess inpatient nutritional statuses and develop care plans
- Counsel and educate patients on nutritional needs
- Provide TPN and diabetes care consultations
- Participate in interdisciplinary patient care rounds
- Develop nutrition education materials and guidelines
Requirements:
- Must be a Registered Dietitian with Ontario College
- Recent acute care hospital experience required
- Preferred Certified Diabetes Educator
- Competence in dysphagia management an asset
- Knowledge of Critical Care Nutrition
