- Conduct initial and ongoing client assessments

Requirements:
- Registration with BC College of Nurses and Midwives
- Three years clinical nursing experience in primary care
- Current valid B.C. Driver's License
- Effective communication and critical thinking skills
- Capacity for teaching and mentoring healthcare students
