As a Registered Nurse Clinical Practice Lead, you will contribute to patient care and professional nursing practice under a Manager or designate. You will collaborate with leadership teams and others while applying clinical consultation, practice development, and nursing experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to patient care delivery and professional nursing practice
- Assess and develop clinical practice across nursing activities
- Provide clinical consultation and coordinate patient care
- Support quality improvement and other leadership activities
- Guide and supervise unit staff when required
Requirements:
- Registration as a practicing RN or RPN with BCCNM
- Five years of recent related experience or equivalent preparation
- Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to organize priorities and work independently
- Knowledge of legislation, policies, and clinical standards
