As Recruitment Specialist, you will guide hiring from requisition approval through offer acceptance. The work includes job advertising, ATS pipeline management, application screening, and preliminary interviews. You will also coordinate hiring-manager interviews and support selection processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and post job advertisements across recruitment channels
- Source candidates and manage ATS candidate pipelines
- Screen applications and conduct preliminary interviews
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Prepare offer letters and coordinate background checks
Requirements:
- Two to four years of relevant human resources experience
- Demonstrated full-cycle recruitment or talent acquisition experience
- Human Resources related post-secondary degree or diploma
- Hands-on ATS and candidate sourcing tools experience
- Strong interviewing, communication, organization, and detail skills
