Reporting to the Campus Manager, Timmins, the Facilities Coordinator manages booking requests and timetabling for the campus. The work includes coordinating special events, arranging service support, and responding to facility-use questions. Success requires tact, confidentiality, organization, communication, and collaborative teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to all Timmins Campus room booking requests
- Coordinate conferences and special events for partners
- Arrange cleaning, maintenance, security, bar, and cafeteria services
- Respond to requests regarding facility use
- Create academic and non-post-secondary group timetables
Requirements:
- One-year Office Administration certificate or related equivalent
- Two years of similar office, business, or service experience
- Experience requiring a high degree of tact and confidentiality
- Excellent organizational skills
- Effective communication skills and collaborative teamwork
