Support NAIT customers with locker rentals and parking services while applying strong interpersonal, organizational, and customer service skills.
The Services Support Assistant serves as a first contact for staff, students, departments, and visitors. You will manage inquiries, reservations, permits, payments, refunds, inventory, and service information. The position also requires troubleshooting, discretion, confidentiality, and professional communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to in-person, phone, and email locker inquiries
- Support locker reservations, payments, changes, and special requests
- Process locker, parking, and bike parking transactions
- Maintain locker and lock inventory details and maps
- Resolve customer concerns and escalate technical issues appropriately
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Some related experience required
- Three to five years customer service preferred
- Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 11 kilograms
