Key Responsibilities:

- Complete pre-registration and verify patient data
- Update patient demographics as required
- Triage telephone calls and inquiries appropriately
- Manage confidential information sensitively and professionally
Requirements:
- OSSD or equivalent qualification
- Working knowledge of Cerner registration and scheduling
- Medical terminology knowledge
- Accurate typing skills of minimum 40 words per minute
- Microsoft Office proficiency including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
