An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR professional to join us as an HR Business Partner on a six-month fixed-term or secondment basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR professional who can quickly step into the role and make an immediate contribution. You will need strong operational HR experience, sound judgement and the confidence to work with senior leaders in a fast-paced environment.
You will support one of our Clinical Divisions, working closely with senior leaders to provide expert, pragmatic HR advice and support. You will play a key role in supporting workforce performance, staff experience and the delivery of safe, effective patient care. The post is available for six months to provide additional short-term capacity within the HR Business Partnering service. This post is offered as a fixed-term contract or secondment opportunity.
You will support one of our Clinical Divisions:
- Provide advice and guidance on complex employee relations cases (performance, conduct, sickness, behaviours)
- Support delivery of workforce plans, service change, and transformation programmes
- Coach and develop managers to build confidence and capability in people management
- Ensure timely management of cases to reduce risk and improve outcomes
- Work collaboratively with HR colleagues to provide a consistent and high-quality service
