As Service Manager, you will lead a major maintenance enterprise and work closely with the Branch Manager. Your responsibilities include staffing, service performance, parts oversight, maintenance accounting, P&L, and budget management. You will support a profitable location through service, maintenance, and business management knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coach technicians on time, quality, and repair standards
- Staff locations according to skills and workload
- Manage R&M, P&L, costs, and budgets
- Measure service performance and drive continuous improvement
- Oversee parts activities, productivity, service, and cost control
Requirements:
- High School diploma required; trade-school degree beneficial
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
- Extensive equipment fleet maintenance and leadership experience
- Five years' service experience and three years supervisory experience
- Strong leadership, customer service, accounting, P&L, and Excel skills
