This role is ideal for candidates with extensive experience in electrical systems, particularly in water and wastewater treatment plants. As an Electrical Superintendent, you will be responsible for maintaining high-quality standards while adhering to NAC's Health, Safety, and Environment policies. Collaboration with project teams, subcontractors, and engineers is essential to foster positive relationships and morale.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure thorough knowledge of site-specific HSE policies
- Build strong working relationships with all project stakeholders
- Be accountable for project labor and material cost codes
- Draft planning aids for weekly project meetings
- Approve timesheets and manage team performance
Requirements:
- 5+ years as an Electrical Superintendent in heavy construction
- Excellent knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and civil trades
- Some Project Management experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
- Valid WHMIS and other safety certifications required
